Catalina for a Cure

22 miles – The Catalina Channel from Catalina Island to Palos Verdes, CA
Rachel Griffin will embark on one of the toughest open water swims in honor of her mom: The Catalina Channel as a SOLO Swimmer! Starting at midnight she will swim a distance of 22 miles in water temperatures ranging from 58-72 degrees. From 1927 to date, only 450 people have successfully completed this solo swim!
