Led by Brittany Anvari\, LMFT\, participants are invited to share their experiences\, honor their loved ones\, build connections with others who understand\, and discover healthy ways to move forward. \nThis group is open to California residents. DESCRIPTION:EVENT DETAILS\nThe 15th Annual Tour de Pier is a unique fundraising event that brings one of the hottest indoor fitness activities — stationary cycling — to the gorgeous outdoors of Manhattan Beach. \nTHE RIDE:\nStationary bikes on The Strand overlooking the Manhattan Beach Pier. You can register for a five hour session and can either share the bike with team members or ride individually.
