It is part of our mission statement to be recognized as a patient support reference source for pancreatic cancer patients and their families. We have spent two decades helping those facing diagnosis and creating valuable tools to assist both the patient, family member and caregiver. In this section, we share information about the two publications we customized for the pancreatic cancer community, The Care Chronicles Symptom Management Workbook and the Cancer of the Pancreas Booklet. Both are available free of charge. We also share some insight for caregivers as well as descriptions of those medical professionals who make up a patient’s health care team.
