Preventing Pancreatic Cancer Through RAS Inhibition

Aim: Prevention / Metabolism
Pancreatic cancer is a deadly cancer that is driven by the mutated gene KRAS, which is found in the earliest stages of pancreatic cancer formation. In this proposal, we will treat these early stages of pancreatic cancer formation with KRAS inhibitors to determine if we can prevent pancreatic cancer.
