Speaker Spotlight: Shelby Yaceczko to share her Top 10 Nutrition Tips for Living with Pancreatic Cancer

The Hirshberg Foundation is happy to announce that Shelby Yaceczko will join us at the 20th Annual Symposium on Pancreatic Cancer to present her Top 10 Nutrition Tips for Living with Pancreatic Cancer.

This patient and caregiver-focused session shares simple and supportive ways to nourish your body while living with pancreatic cancer. We’ll walk through the top ten tips to help you manage symptoms, maintain strength, and feel more comfortable and confident with eating. You’ll leave with easy, realistic ideas you can start using right away to support your health and well-being.

Shelby Yaceczko is an advanced practice registered dietitian who specializes in complex gastrointestinal conditions. She leads the Nutrition for Safer Surgeries program and supports the Division of Digestive Diseases and Surgical Oncology patient population at UCLA Health. She is part of the UCLA Agi Hirshberg Center for Pancreatic Diseases, where she spends most of her time helping patients with pancreatic cancer improve their nutritional status and overall well-being during their cancer journey.
