Channeling A Cure

In honor of her mom and all those battling cancer, Rachel Griffin will swim across the English Channel (a minimum of 21 miles) to complete the Triple Crown of swimming.
To date, only 331 people in the world have successfully completed this trifecta that also includes the Catalina Channel, 21 miles from Catalina Island to Palos Verdes, California and the 20 Bridges, also known as the Manhattan Island Marathon Swim, a 28.5-mile circumnavigation of Manhattan Island.
